04 Purchasing and administration
A colleague who does not use the applications can still buy licences
Colleagues build on existing work. The administrator and the buyer have a different job from the people who draw or write the documents.

Is it a subscription that renews automatically?
No. You pay once for the term you choose. We do not store your card and you renew by hand from the account.
Can we pay by bank transfer?
Yes, with a proforma invoice in the supported countries. Paying on an invoice due in 30 days is possible when you arrange it with us before the order; the licence starts when the payment arrives.
Does the person who buys need a licence?
No. Administering the account and buying needs no licence. A licence is for each person who uses the product.
Can we add a user during the term?
Yes, any time from the account. You pay only for the remaining months and all licences then end on the same day.
When does the licence start?
Paid by card, at once. On an invoice, when the payment arrives. A licence bought while another one runs starts when that one ends.
What happens to our work after the licence ends?
After a Designer trial the drawings stay in the account and you continue once you buy. WPS documents stay available for download as PDF after the licence ends.
